Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day

Delivery Timeframe

  • Karachi: 1–2 business days
  • Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi: 2–3 business days
  • Other cities across Pakistan: 3–5 business days

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location
  • Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain amount (as advertised)

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp
  • You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please make an unboxing video as proof
  • Report damaged or lost shipments within 48 hours of delivery
